For most residential jobs we do not require a deposit. For larger commercial projects or jobs requiring special equipment, a deposit may be requested. This will always be discussed and agreed upon before any work begins.

Most customers are booked within the same week they reach out. We keep our schedule moving so you're not waiting weeks for a clean property. Contact us early in the week for the best availability.

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and a water source (outdoor tap), we can complete most jobs without you being present. We'll confirm access details when booking.

Please clear any vehicles, furniture, or items from the areas being cleaned. Close all windows and doors. If we're cleaning near garden beds or plants, a quick water-down beforehand helps protect them. We'll walk you through anything specific when we confirm your booking.

Light rain generally doesn't affect our work — in fact, it can help rinse surfaces. Heavy rain or storms may require rescheduling for safety and quality reasons. We'll contact you as early as possible if we need to move your appointment.

We stand behind our work 100%. If you're not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours and we'll return to address any concerns at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is our priority.

This varies by surface and environment. Driveways and walkways typically stay clean for 1–2 years. Roofs treated with our soft-wash solution can stay algae-free for 2–4 years. We recommend annual maintenance washes for siding and decks to keep your property looking its best.

We use a professional-grade cleaning solutions that effectively kills algae, mold, mildew, and bacteria on contact. We take care around garden beds and landscaping, and the solution is safe once dry. We recommend keeping pets indoors during the cleaning and for a short period after.
